Something about me
Dr.Geetika Agarwal is a Doctorate level behavior analyst (BCBA-D) and a licensed psychologist (inactive) in the state of Washington USA. She completed her Ph.D. from University of Missouri Columbia in School psychology and was selected for highly competitive APA accredited pre-doctoral internship at the Marcus Autism Centre and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Atlanta, Georgia. She also completed her post-doctoral training in Atlanta in Psychology. While in Atlanta, Georgia she was a tenure track Assistant Professor of Psychology at Clark Atlanta University and also managed my own private practice. In both these role, she thoroughly enjoyed providing training and supervision to the students and therapists. She also got to further her areas of research which includes working with diverse families, parent training, and group parent training. Dr. Agarwal moves to Seattle in 2015 where she was an Assistant Director of Behavior Health agency and also a licensed psychologist in the state of Washington. This role included providing clinical oversight and supervision to BCBAs, RBT, new clinicians and those working towards their certification; developing clinical and procedural trainings, along with overseeing the day today operations of the clinic. Working with other BCBAs, RBTs and parents was my favorite part of this position as she got to share her experience and also learn from them.
