She is the Director and Co-Founder of Pramiti, a school in Bangalore that focuses on true learning. Pramiti is a very novel concept which she developed with the team through continuous observation, study, execution and reviewing.She directs and coordinates curriculum development, designs activities and materials, assembles a team of educators and helps to build a strong foundation for the institution. She is actively involved in teaching children and believes that anyone who is involved in starting and running a school should always be current with teaching methods and know every child well.
