Early Childhood Trainer, Brand custodian and Entrepreneur I have an experience of two decades in education domain across various verticals. To utilize my knowledge and potential to the best of my ability and exploit challenging opportunities for professional success and growth I began with my start up BSEL Education Pvt Ltd where community of learners visited for spoken English classes, conversation clubs and the popular media lab. Our students came from all parts of Delhi and NCR including Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon and from other parts of India. The programs earned huge appreciation and especially the Early English Programs brought great success. Teaching these young minds helped me discover that meaningful and rich early childhood experiences can provide the foundation for well-lived lives. This brought the further desire to reach out to children and to contribute to their development in their formative years. It became my dream to nurture the innate faculties of the children so that they adopt the skills and imbibe the values that will shape their complete personality. The opportunity of being the Franchise Manager, Karnataka for Podar Jumbo Kids management run schools gave wings to my dreams. A golden chance that brought my career and my passion together! Act as a brand custodian for Podar Jumbo Kids management run schools which is a part of Podar Education Network, Mumbai and ensure brand integrity is protected at all times via adherence to all requirements across key functions namely, Curriculum implementation, Operations, Development and Marketing. The most favourite part of my role has been training and guiding aspiring preschool teachers to create engaging and age-appropriate learning environments. I have been training the managers of the world’s greatest resource on various topics such as Curriculum implementation, Guidance as a strategy of Disciplining, Observation and Assessment, Safety Security & Hygiene, Teaching Strategies to set the right tone in their early childhood environment. Emphasis is on self-awareness and connecting with the purpose and value of the very important work they do in helping prepare infants and young children on their path to their future. I have demonstrated leadership strengths and proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities. I am an open-minded, friendly and resourceful team leader with a sound and optimistic outlook on all things in life. I possess an excellent ability to motivate others; coupled with the ability to communicate comfortably at all levels, therefore ensuring an excellent working environment for all members of the team to perform at their bests.
