Ir Ketut Witarka Yudiata is a Senior Lecturer,Department of Architecture at Ngurah Rai University in Denpasar and an Expert Team Member of the Regional Parliamentary,Gianyar Regency as well as Regional Representative Council,Bali. He was the former Dean,Faculty of Engineering as well as the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs at Ngurah Rai University in Denpasar. He has held distinguished positions with several prestigious organizational committees such as Tri Hita Karana Bali Foundation, UNDP Community based initiative and KOMPAK.He has also co-presented several international sessions for Japan-based universities such as Hasegawa University,The Institute for Science of Labour, Okayama and University of Occupational and Environmental Health, Kitakyushu.
