Dr. Widanti is the President of Yayasan Kul Kul, Green School, an educational centre of excellence devoted to sustainability-building in a natural environment, based out of Bali. She also serves as Adjunct Professor at The University of Science and Technology Meghalaya as well as Amity University,Haryana, apart from being a Guest Lecturer at Charles Darwin University and Monash University in Melbourne. She has presented several research papers on diverse topics, ranging from employment policies, women empowerment,social and environmental responsibilities to international public policies at various international forums. She has also authored several books on diverse subjects – Women in the Theory of Social Change, Trade in Civil Law, Model Policy for Women’s Empowerment in Bali to name a few. Ms Widanti is the recipient of ‘Best Lecturer’ award among Private Universities in Bali and Nusa Tenggara in 2014.
